This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt region). When you open a page the server writes a log entry containing your shortened IP address, the time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser identifier. This is necessary to deliver the site and to defend it against attacks, and rests on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in a working, secure website. Log entries are deleted after seven days. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR and EU standard contractual clauses are in place with Vercel.

We set two cookies, both first-party, both without any tracking function. NEXT_LOCALE stores whether you are reading the English or German version. putzpreis-consent stores your answer to the cookie banner so we do not ask again. Both are necessary for the site to behave as you asked it to and rest on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. They expire after twelve months and you can delete them at any time in your browser. There is no analytics software on this site, no pixel, no tag manager and no advertising cookie.

If you use the booking form we receive the name, telephone number, email address and address you type in, the slot you picked, the details of the clean and anything you write in the message field. We use this only to answer the enquiry and, if you become a customer, to carry out the contract. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for steps prior to a contract, and your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR for the message field, which you may withdraw at any time. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after six months. Enquiries that do are kept for the statutory retention periods (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR in conjunction with § 147 AO and § 257 HGB, six or ten years).

The estimator on the homepage runs entirely in your browser. The hours, the type of clean and the extras you choose are never sent to us and are not stored anywhere. If you press the booking button, only the figures you can see are copied into the form for you to review before sending.

We do not embed a live map or a Google review widget. The map area shows a static placeholder until you press the button on it; only then is a tile requested from OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge CB4 0WS, United Kingdom, and only then does your IP address leave this site. The same applies to the link to our Google Business Profile. The reviews shown on this page are stored as plain text on our own server. This gating rests on Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

Your data is seen by the office in Rablinghausen, by the cleaner assigned to you (name, address, access notes and any allergy information, so she can do the work), by our tax adviser and, for invoices, by our bank. We do not sell data, we do not share it for advertising and we transfer nothing outside the EU beyond the hosting described above.

You have the right to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Consent once given may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. Write to hallo@putzpreis.bizbrew.app or to the address above and we will answer within a month. You may also complain to a supervisory authority — for us that is Die Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit der Freien Hansestadt Bremen, Arndtstraße 1, 27570 Bremerhaven.

The site is delivered over TLS; you can see this in the padlock in your address bar. Booking enquiries reach us as encrypted email. Keys held for customers are stored in a numbered safe with no address on the tag, and the list linking numbers to addresses is kept separately.
